L’educazione alimentare per noi è davvero importante infatti al Baobab la CUCINA è INTERNA (autorizzata dall’ASL Napoli 2 Nord e provvista di attestazione HCCP)
Le nostre cuoche sono sempre attente alle esigenza dei bambini selezionando le migliori materie prime preparando ogni giorno piatti sani e gustosi.
Il menù è stato elaborato da una nutrizionista con rotazione bisettimanale e prevede perciò pietanze sane e equilibrate.
Grazie alla cucina interna possiamo controllare la qualità e l’igiene, tenendo inoltre in maggiore considerazione eventuali esigenze particolari del bambino, come allergie e intolleranze, ma anche eventuali alimenti non ancora introdotti nella dieta del bambino.
Abbiamo inoltre la certezza di somministrare pasti sempre caldi e perciò più gustosi.

Our cooks are always attentive to the needs of children by selecting the best raw materials preparing every day healthy and tasty dishes.
The menu has been prepared by a nutritionist with bi-weekly rotation and therefore provides healthy and balanced dishes.
Thanks to the internal kitchen we can control the quality and hygiene, also taking into greater consideration any special needs of the child, such as allergies and intolerances, but also any foods not yet introduced into the kid’s diet.
We also have the certainty of giving meals always warm and therefore tastier.
